It was lovely to see so many of our families at the Remembrance Sunday Service last Sunday. We managed to squeeze 165 people into the hall! The children from the Beavers, Brownies and Cubs looked incredibly smart in their uniforms as they paraded to the War Memorial at the Church and I was very proud of Lucca, Albert, Penny,  Dominic, Oliver, Isaac and Gethin who respectfully laid two wreaths on behalf of us all. I am grateful to Frank and Sofia who carried our school banner very carefully too. Many thanks to Reverend Steve and all the lovely people from St. Mary’s who provided delicious refreshments and a good cup of tea as well as leading a thought-provoking but beautifully age-appropriate act of worship.
